Rossendale Transport were one of the first operators to introduce low floor buses in 1996 and since then all new bus purchases have been of the modern generation of low floor accessible vehicles, along with a few carefully selected secondhand purchases. In 2003, a fleet of seven Volvo B7RLE?s with Wrightbus Eclipse bodywork were added to the fleet along with an eighth bus, an ex-Volvo demonstrator, modelled here. These are operated in the company?s EASYRIDE livery used for low floor buses, with additional route branding for the company?s Mainline 464 service operating through the heart of the Rossendale Valley between Accrington and Rochdale. Destination 1 ? Rochdale 464. Destination 2 ? Accrington 464. Released February 2008
