Delivery Information

Delivery times and receipt of goods - UK

• Standard Delivery is £4.50. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If your order is not there in 2 weeks then give us a call and we will check up! If you do have a deadline for your order, tell us the date needed by in additional message box and we will do our very best to help. If your order is likely to be longer, or, if for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you.
• Next Day Service - £6.50: This may be available on selected items. Please phone us on 01926 497905 to arrange.
• We use a courier service, and a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, then a card will be left, and you can re-arrange delivery.
• Alternatively we are happy to deliver to work or other addresses, if this is easier for you.
• We can send items as gifts for people, but to avoid confusion, please inform them a parcel may be delivered. Note: the value of the goods does not appear on the packing slip.

Refunds & Returns

Our returns and refunds policy:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, damaged, or the goods are different to those ordered, then please email returns@castletrains.com or call 01926 497905 immediately. We will then organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity, or issue a full refund to you, including any delivery charges and reasonable return postage charges.

If your purchase was unsuitable please follow the instructions below:

To receive a refund you must return the goods within 30 days of receipt of delivery (* exclusions apply). Please note that any original delivery charges will not be refunded. (* Exclusions: excludes products engraved or otherwise made to specific requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.)

All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.

If returning by post the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.

Q8. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

A. Yes. Simply select the gift wrapping option and we will select paper and you can leave a gift message to go with the present as well if required. Please leave instructions in the "Additional Info" box on the checkout page. Very occasionally, when we are busy, the gift wrapping of an item may be overlooked.  If this happens we will give you a £5 gift voucher as an apology.

Q9. Can I get an invoice for my order?

An invoice will automatically be sent with the goods. If the recipient name is different to the billing name, then we will send a packing note with the goods to the delivery address, and forward the invoice to to the billing address.

Q10. How do I cancel my order?

A. Email sales@castletrains.com immediately. If the order has already left our warehouse you will have to follow our returns & refunds instructions.

Q11. What if I�m not in when you deliver?

A. Our carrier will leave a card to let you know they called. You can then contact them to re-arrange delivery, or collect from the sorting office.

Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you Castle Trains LLP will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Ordering Information.
