Castle Trains is an official Hornby Service Dealer.

We are happy to repair and service locomotives, and carry a stock of common spare parts, with other parts available to order.

For optimum performance and efficiency, your locomotive should be serviced on a regular basis. We are experienced in servicing a range of locomotives and Scalextric cars. The shop also stocks many of the tools that you may need for servicing or repairing the models for yourself. Our knowledgeable staff are always happy to offer advice or support.

Digital Decoder Fitting

With an increasing number of people opting to move to DCC digital control for their railway layout, we stock a range of decoders to suit most needs. Decoder fitting is available at good prices, with further discounts if the locomotive and decoder are bought from Castle Trains.

Stewart has built up much experience in fitting decoders and is always looking for a new challenge.
